Pro Hac Vice Form and Rule changes effective immediately

On December 5, 2008, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota amended its Local Rule 83.5(d) governing nonresident attorneys and its form for admission for admission pro hac vice. Since practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is governed by the District Court's rules (see Bankruptcy Court Local Rule 9010-3(c)), these changes also apply to all Bankruptcy Court practitioners.
