Fergus Falls Office Unstaffed Effective March 29, 2010
Effective Monday, March 29, the Bankruptcy Court's Fergus Falls office at 204 U.S. Courthouse, 118 South Mill Street in Fergus Falls, Minnesota will become an unstaffed office. While sixth division cases will continue to be filed and numbered as in the past (sixth division cases will continue to be distinguished by the inclusion of the number "6" before the case or proceeding number), all case processing will be handled by case administrators in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Duluth offices. Phone, mail and in-person inquiries concerning Fergus Falls cases should be directed to any of these three offices.

Judge Dennis D. O'Brien will continue to conduct hearings and trials in Fergus Falls. Scheduling of all matters in sixth division cases and proceedings will be handled by Nancy Brill, calendar clerk to Judge O'Brien. All calls and mail sent to the Fergus Falls office will be rerouted to the St. Paul office.
