| Step 2 | Register for PACER (PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURT ELECTRONIC RECORDS). PACER provides on-line access to U.S. Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy court records and documents nationwide. The PACER Service Center is the Federal Judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center for PACER. |
| Step 3 | Register for CM/ECF training account. Select the type of registration:Attorney user registration form Limited creditor user registration form (Limited to filing proof of claim and reaffirmation events) |
| Step 4 | Successfully file test documents. Select the type of testing details:Attorney user Limited creditor user |
| Step 5 | Receive CM/ECF live account. |
