Register for PACER (PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURT ELECTRONIC RECORDS).

PACER provides on-line access to U.S. Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy court records and documents nationwide. The PACER Service Center is the Federal Judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center for PACER.

Step 3

Register for CM/ECF training account.

Select the type of registration:

Attorney user registration form

Limited creditor user registration form (Limited to filing proof of claim and reaffirmation events)
Step 4

Successfully file test documents.

Select the type of testing details:

Attorney user

Limited creditor user


Step 5

Receive CM/ECF live account.
