Step 2

Register for PACER (PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURT ELECTRONIC RECORDS). PACER provides on-line access to U.S. Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy court records and documents nationwide. The PACER Service Center is the Federal Judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center for PACER.

Step 3

Register for CM/ECF by selecting the type of registration:

1. Attorney For Debtor (BKY Case Opening)
2. Attorney For Creditor or Other Parties (Not BKY Case Opening)
3. Limited Creditor User (Limited to filing proof of claim and reaffirmation events)

Step 4

Successfully file test documents. Select the type of training details:
1. Training Details - Attorney For Debtor (BKY Case Opening)
2. Training Details - Attorney For Creditor or Other Parties (Not BKY Case Opening)
3. Training Details - Limited Credit User
Step 5 Receive CM/ECF live account.
